Why LP Project 2009_V1?

I feel i´m not the only one in the world who once found out creating music can be THE fuel of live. So it cant be wrong to think about how to make a living with it. It´s almost 10 years ago i made the descision to become a music pro. But my DOING-powers are not as strong as my DREAMING-powers, so i´m still not a pro yet. Though i´m really working on it.
I´m not shure yet what my job in the musicindustry will be in the end. I´m focussing on making beats, arranging, making melodys and lyrics, recording a bit, mixing a bit.
Never thought of performing by myself. But this is what i´ll have a shot at on my current project.
I don´t have a superstrong voice and my vocal abilities are´nt that strong eighter yet, but so what. I feel that a strong voice is only a fraction of a successful music product (int. distributed song). Of course it can help a song, but my theory for NOW is one does´nt need one to move peoples hearts (or hips).
So, i´m going to create some songs, put it on a CD and online, tell everybody possible about it, play some gigs, make some promotion, try to get some airplay, make some buzz.
Just trying to take of with my career, making a name in the business, start to make a living.
Are´nt there already artists who tried something similar efforts without having tremendous success? I guess so. But why am i so confident about my project? I don´t know exactly.
One but not the only reason could be that i really love to listen and create music that many people like. I really love hit songs. I love the stuff that comes out with the big names like Spears, Pink, Rihanna, Sugababes, Nelly Furtado and many more. I like stuff that is created by ulracreative people like Timbaland, Neptunes, Max Martin, the Stargate people and really many others. I wanna become a part of this creative club. No matter if it takes me another ten years.
This LP_project is my first serious attempt to say hello to the world. And by NOW i think i´ll do it on my own, without a major distribution company (they would´nt recognize my rough diamonds at all). 2009 will be a good year for a striving indipendent artist. So lets do it!
